যেসব প্রশ্নসূচক বাক্যগুলির উত্তর শুধুমাত্র ‘হ্যাঁ’ বা ‘না’ দিয়ে দেওয়া যায়, সেগুলিকে Yes/No Question বলা হয়। এই ধরনের প্রশ্নে তথ্য প্রশ্নের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে এবং জবাবে স্বীকারোক্তি বা অসম্মতি প্রকাশ করা হয়।

3. Tag Question:
যেসব প্রশ্নসূচক বাক্যের মধ্যে আগে থেকেই কোনো তথ্য বা ব্যাখ্যা থাকে এবং সেই তথ্য যাচাই করার জন্য প্রশ্ন করা হয়, তাকে Tag Question বলা হয়।

4. Alternative Question:
যেসব প্রশ্নসূচক বাক্যে দুটি ভিন্ন বিষয় বা কাজের মধ্যে পছন্দ (choice) দেয়া হয়, সেগুলিকে Alternative Question বলা হয়।
